The Washington game was the first game all season where they played consistently as a 5 man unit. Strong on the forecheck. Good F3 and tight gaps through the neutral zone. Defenseman up and defending the blueline. That's the way they need to play. |

Flyers do a great job supporting military veterans. Love to see the commitment they make for such a worthy cause. |

Bill, do you know if the Flyers have plans to have a team dog that will be trained to be placed with a military veteran in need? I know the Caps do that, and I think it's an awesome idea. Great for fan interaction, then ultimately gets placed with a veteran who needs a support animal. |

Why does this franchise treat injuries like state secrets? Just tell us straight up what’s going on with Ellis and Samu. It’s infuriating. |

I mean, I know injuries are always secretive come playoff time, but this is ridiculous. You don't see this shyte in the NFL. Just tell your paying customers what's going on!! |

It is a very good idea. One of the Tier 3 Flyers Warriors players has a service dog named Rebel that came out on the ice with her after the game. It's an excellent idea to provide a service dog to a local veteran in need. I'll pass along the suggestion.

Bill any sense when Frost will be called up? Why not say it if Samu is dinged up? Has he been practicing? If he isnt they are botching his development. - hello it's me 2050
I think Frost needs to string together more games like the two that immediately preceded this weekend as well as the third period yesterday. Those were both really good games for him. But his two weekend games on the whole were erratic. If can go on a run that shows a little more consistency, he'll come up again. Right now, he's not breaking down the door. |

Still plays a ton of minutes even at his age but he's had some ups and downs so far. Has had turnover issues. |

They're gonna need to play at least that well or better against the Leafs. Their big guns are on an absolute tear right now |

This isn’t true. The Leafs have had a good week but for the most part have struggled this season. Their October was subpar in terms of what their stars have offered. |

Allison skated on his own the other day. He'll be awhile still.
Morin has not skated, to the best of my knowledge. |

Leafs have won 5 in a row, including wins against VGK, Tampa and Boston.
Marner with 11 pts in the last 5-games.
Tavares with 9 pts (5-goals) in the last 5-games.
Matthews with 4-goals in the last 3-games.
But yeah... "this isn't true", lol

With Hayes getting ready to return soon they have some time. Let the player string together a significant period of strong play. Let him gain some confidence back. Don't risk yo-yoing the player.

I agree, especially with Hayes coming back I really don't see a place for Frost in the lineup. I would rather Frost develop playing 1st line minutes then be called up and play 10 minutes a night. |

I know I might be stating the obvious, but as well as the Flyers are playing and being 4 points out of 1st place in the division, not bad considering the hot start Carolina has had, the Flyers are also only 3 points out of last place. This division has no push overs, its going to be an intense season with very few gimme games. |

Wild really play a fast game, just pulled away from the Isles last night, looks like a lot of teams have real issues in how they are playing right now. |
